Why Phone Charging Slows Down Near Full
A phone that gains a large amount of charge quickly can seem to slow dramatically as the battery approaches full. That can be confusing when the same charger and cable are still connected. If a charger is advertised for fast charging, why does the final part take so long? The short answer is that charging speed is not meant to stay constant from empty to full.
